I came across Alef Magazine, the premier indigenous pan-arab fashion, lifestyle and culture magazine. I have mixed feelings about this magazine. Well one being the vanity that it brings the east.     Last Friday Tim Russert the achor from Meet The Press died of a heart attack. Tim Russert was a great host. I enjoyed watching his interviews Sunday mornings. I will say I would have loved to see him chew up Bush as he did with David Duke but again I feel the media really failed us as a nation. Regardless though may Tim rest in peace....
